Role Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Quantity Surveyor with solid experience in managing costs and contracts for civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring value for money while maintaining the required standards and quality.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and maintain BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentsConduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specificationsMonitor project budgets, control costs, and manage financial reportingEvaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement activitiesManage contract variations, claims, and final accountsWork closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align cost control with project executionRequirements:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity SurveyingStrong knowledge of local market rates and construction methodologiesExcellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
