Key Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineMinimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in QA/QC roles within the construction sectorStrong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, materials inspection, and site complianceFamiliar with UAE construction standards, codes, and municipality regulationsAbility to prepare inspection reports, method statements, and quality documentationImmediate joiners preferredKey Responsibilities:Conduct quality inspections of civil and structural works on siteEnsure all construction activities comply with project specifications and QA/QC plansCoordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers for quality-related mattersPrepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection test plans (ITPs), and non-conformance reports (NCRs)Participate in internal audits and assist in corrective/preventive actions
