Civil Project / Senior Site EngineerJob Location : United Arab EmiratesJob Details :?Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.?Professional certifications (e.g., Project Management, Site Safety, etc.) are a plus.?Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in site engineering, specifically in high-rise building construction projects.?Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.?Strong experience in AutoCAD for technical drawing review, revisions, and implementation on-site.?Proficiency in AutoCAD for site-specific drawings and adjustments.?Excellent understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.?Strong leadership and team management skills.?Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.?Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.?Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?AutoCAD (required).?Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.) is a plus.?Familiarity with construction software like Revit or BIM is an advantage.
