Civil Procurement EngineerJob Location : United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Send inquiries to potential suppliers and collect quotations in accordance with project requirements.•Conduct technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers.•Prepare comparison sheets and obtain approval from the procurement committee to select the most suitable supplier.•Issue and send confirmation letters/LPOs to the selected supplier, enabling them to submit materials to the relevant project for consultant approval.•Support the project team by following up with suppliers on material submittals as needed.
