The Civil Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating civil maintenance activities, ensuring the safety, quality, and timely completion of repair and maintenance projects related to buildings, infrastructure, and civil structures. The role involves supervising a team of technicians and contractors, inspecting civil works, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance and repair works, including structural repairs, roofing, flooring, and other civil infrastructure.Prepare work schedules, allocate resources, and assign tasks to team members.Conduct regular inspections of civil structures and facilities to identify defects or areas needing maintenance.Ensure all civil maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.Monitor the progress of maintenance projects and ensure work is completed within budget and deadlines.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of civil assets.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance team members.Qualifications & Experience:Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in civil maintenance, infrastructure repair, or construction supervision.Certifications: Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are advantageous.
