Civil InspectorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Conduct day-to-day site inspections for civil works in line with approved drawings, specs, and standards•Verify materials, methods, and workmanship; raise/close inspection requests (IRs) and NCRs as needed•Monitor contractors’ progress, quality, and HSE compliance; escalate risks/issues promptly•Review shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, and as-built documentation•Prepare daily/weekly reports, photo logs, and punch lists•Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams for timely resolution of site queriesRequirements :•9+ years of experience in building construction projects•Proven experience with engineering consultancies in the UAE•Post-contract supervision experience in the UAE (mandatory)•Strong knowledge of local codes, standards, and authority requirements•Excellent communication and documentation skills•Immediate availability preferred; must be currently residing in the UAEBenefits :•Competitive compensation aligned with experience•Opportunity to work on high-profile projects with a reputable consultancyPreferred Jobseekers - only in UAE
