Key Responsibilities: Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards.Enforce safety procedures and protocols on-site.Review and verify site documentation, including inspection reports and progress reports.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers.Identify and report non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.Ensure project milestones are met within quality and safety standards.Conduct regular site visits and inspections.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.15–20 years of site supervision experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the UAE.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to analyze technical drawings and specifications.Valid UAE driving license preferred.
