This is a permanent role for candidates with proven experience in civil construction projects, especially high-rise buildings and villa projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong site leader who can manage daily activities, ensure quality and safety compliance, and support timely project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily site activities and allocate manpower effectivelyEnsure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standardsMonitor and enforce HSE / safety regulations on siteCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workforcePrepare daily progress reports, manpower records, and site documentationIdentify and resolve technical/site issues promptlySupport planning and execution to ensure timely project completionRequirements:Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent4–6 years of civil construction experience (GCC experience preferred)Strong experience in high-rise building and villa projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsStrong leadership, coordination, and communication skillsGood knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
