Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily on-site civil construction activities, including concrete works, formwork, rebar, masonry, finishing, and structural installations.Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and UAE construction standards.Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Managers, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth execution.Monitor work progress, quality, and safety adherence on site.Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.Identify and resolve site issues or discrepancies promptly.Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems.Key Skills:Strong knowledge of high-rise building construction processesExpertise in structural, civil, and finishing worksAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExperience in managing teams and subcontractorsKnowledge of UAE construction codes, safety standards, and site regulationsProblem-solving and decision-making on siteExcellent communication and coordination skillsAttention to quality, timelines, and safetyQualification & Experience:Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferredMinimum 10+ years of UAE experience in high-rise building constructionProven experience as Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor on large-scale projects
