Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and scope of work.Review tender documents and assist in bid preparations.Analyze material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.Collaborate with project managers and clients for clarification of specifications.Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements.Assist in preparing proposals, budgets, and schedules.Maintain a database of historical cost data for future estimating.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience as a Civil Estimator, preferably in UAE or GCC region.Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing.Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, or equivalent).Good communication and negotiation skills.
