Job Position – Civil Estimation EngineerCompany Name – ASTRA Engineering & Construction LLCASTRA is looking for a Civil Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing cost estimates, proposals, and technical documentation for Oil & Gas and civil construction projects.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and bid submissions.• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and review tender drawings.• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.• Analyze project scope, risks, and opportunities.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure complete tender documentation.• Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and manpower/equipment plans.Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.• 5–10 years of experience in estimation for Oil & Gas or civil construction projects.• Strong analytical and technical documentation skills.• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and estimation tools (AutoCAD, PlanSwift, etc.).• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and standards.• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
