Civil Engineer / Project ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.•Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.•Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, resources, and potential risks.•Baseline Updates: Update baseline programs, recovery programs, and delay analysis.•Cash Flow Management: Prepare project cash flows, manpower histograms, and resource allocation plans.•Client Meetings: Attend progress meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants.•Compliance: Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.Requirements:•Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.•Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE/Gulf experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects.•Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.•Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management principles and contractual terms.•Soft Skills: Excellent communication and reporting skills.
