Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in interiors and fitout projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and renovation of interior spaces, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.Job Responsibility:- Plan, design, and oversee interior construction and fitout projects from conception to completion- Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to determine project needs and requirements- Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and timelines- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project executionCandidate Requirements:- MOFA attested Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field- Proven experience in interior construction and fitout projects- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations- Excellent project management and communication skills- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various professionals- Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsSkillsSkills:1.
