Are you an experienced Civil Site Engineer with strong knowledge of municipality systems and quantity surveying We want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:? Oversee civil construction activities on-site.? Ensure compliance with municipality regulations and approvals.? Perform quantity surveying, cost estimation, and material take-offs.? Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.? Prepare progress reports, conduct site inspections, and manage documentation.? Ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion.Requirements:? Bachelor?s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.? 3-5 years of UAE experience in construction projects.? Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) systems.? Experience in quantity surveying, BOQs, and cost estimation.? Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.? UAE driving license is a plus.
