Civil EngineerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.•Manage multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, to ensure effective collaboration and smooth project execution.•Evaluate and approve engineering designs, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.•Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.•Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns related to the project.•Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.•Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.Requirements :•Minimum 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with at least 5 years in a project management role in the UAE.•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.•Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and structural engineering principles.•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and tools. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.•Valid UAE driving license is required.
