Design & Approvals:Review architectural, structural, and drawings per Dubai Municipality codes.Handle permits and approvals, including building permits and completion certificates.Project Management:Supervise on-site activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Conduct site inspections and address challenges.Regulatory Compliance:Please make sure all activities comply with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence regulations.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.License: Valid DM G+1 license (mandatory).Experience: Minimum 2 years in G+1 projects in Dubai.Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, structural analysis software.Soft Skills: Communication, leadership, and project management.
