Civil EngineerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Develop conceptual and detailed designs for swimming pool structures, including pools, foundations, and retaining walls.•Prepare engineering drawings, plans, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards.•Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to incorporate civil engineering designs into overall bathroom layouts.•Conduct site surveys and geotechnical investigations to evaluate soil condition, groundwater levels, and suitability of the site for construction of the swimming pool.•Analyze site data and information to identify potential challenges, risks, and opportunities to improve the design.•Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.•Monitor progress, productivity, and safety on site, and address any issues or concerns immediately.•Select appropriate construction materials, finishes, and coatings for pool structures based on resilience, performance, and aesthetic considerations.•Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for swimming pool construction projects.•Ensure compliance with building regulations, retail regulations, and environmental requirements throughout the construction process.•Maintain accurate records of project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.•Prepare progress reports, construction schedules, and cost estimates for project stakeholders.
