Description:A well-established contracting company in Dubai is looking for a Civil Engineer.1. Having 3-5 years experience in the construction field preferably high end/luxurious villa projects in Dubai only2. Prepare schedules, project status report by collecting and analyzing information and necessary updates of construction activities and identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel.3 Ensure accuracy, quality, cost, delivery and other targets are achieved from start to finish.5. Study all Drawings, Specifications prepare sketches & illustration drawings as per Client requirements to get the needed data for implementing work and requesting materials and also to guide the foremen as regards to execution of work.6. Assist the project manager to establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy7.. Timely follow ups and inspect the work and hand it over to the consultant and the related Govt. Authorities.
