Job Description

Job SummaryJob Discription:

  • Execute and maintain small-scale to large-scale construction projects in a safe and sustainable manner making sure deadlines are strictly met
  • Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (reports, tests, drawings and other)
  • Monitor progress and provide reports regarding projects status
  • Assess potential risks and follow standard processes and procedures
  • Assess materials and equipment from quality and cost point of view
  • Manage budget and assist purchase department in sourcing materials and equipment
  • Provide advice and resolve any emerging problems or deficiencies creatively
  • Lead, oversee and mentor staff including technicians and regular labor
  • Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc., and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Requirements:
  • Good command of English in both reading and writing is a must
  • Experience in construction sites & large projects for at least 10 years
  • Should have experience in both construction and finishing works.
  • Willing to learn about any field he has not worked in before.
  • Cooperating with other workers in the company whether they work with him or in other fields
  • Has a good personal and communication skills
  • Has experience about using different chemical building materials
  • Has a strong leadership skills
