Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced CIAM ForgeRock Migration Specialist with 7–8 years of relevant experience to lead and execute complex Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) migrations. This is an exciting 6-month onsite contract, available in Jordan or Dubai, ideal for professionals with deep expertise in ForgeRock’s AM, IDM, DS, and supporting components.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of driving end-to-end migration efforts across enterprise-grade digital identity environments.Key Responsibilities1. Migration Execution & AnalysisAnalyze and migrate various ForgeRock components, including:Access Management (AM)Identity Management (IDM)Directory Services (DS)Custom nodes, workflows, scripts, and connectorsReview custom code and assess compatibility for upgraded ForgeRock versions.2. Migration Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement a comprehensive migration strategy, covering:Environment readinessPre-checks & system baseline validationCompatibility testingCustomization impact analysisBackup & rollback preparation3. Security & Token HandlingManage complex token-related changes involving:Session tokensOAuth tokensSSO tokensSigning keysEnsure secure, seamless handling of all identity artifacts during migration.4. Troubleshooting & Stability AssuranceUse ForgeRock logs and monitoring tools to debug issues.Investigate errors in AM/IDM/DS workflows and ensure system stability and high availability.5. Development & Extension WorkCreate and enhance custom extensions, Java classes, job files, and workflow components as required.Collaborate with architects and security teams to align migration outcomes with business goals.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.7–8 years of hands-on experience in CIAM, IAM systems, and ForgeRock suite.Strong expertise in AM, IDM, DS, token management, custom development, and integrations.Proven experience in enterprise-grade ForgeRock upgrades, migrations, and environment refreshes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex identity-related issues.Ability to work onsite (Jordan or Dubai) for the full contract duration.
