Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise survey teams to execute all survey activities on-site.Develop survey plans, methods, and schedules in line with project requirements.Ensure all survey data is accurate, complete, and documented properly.Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams.Oversee setting out, level measurements, and control point establishment.Monitor survey quality control and ensure adherence to RTA standards.Manage survey equipment, tools, and software.Resolve survey discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.Prepare survey reports, as-built drawings, and documentation.Ensure health and safety compliance during survey operations.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.RTA experience is mandatory.Minimum 10 years of surveying experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or chief surveyor role.Certification in survey or geomatics (e.g., RICS, FIG) preferred.Strong knowledge of survey instruments and CAD software.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
