Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western educated Chief Nursing Officer for their client in UAE which is a reputed multispecialty hospital. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience as a Chief Nursing Officer in a multispecialty hospital setting.Candidates with UAE experience are preferred, however, overseas candidates with experience as a CNO within a large hospital setting may also apply for this role.The candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and supervision of the nursing services of the hospital, reporting directly to the CEO and also be responsible for dealing with all government and healthcare related issues pertaining to nursing.Salary : Aed 60,000 to 70,000 ( negotiable) Plus family benefits.
