Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Chief Medical Officer CMO for their client in UAE which is a JCI accredited multispecialty hospital.The position reports to the CEO and works closely with the COO and CFO.We are looking for Physicians with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a multispecialty / tertiary hospital setting out of which they should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in clinical leadership as a CMO or CMD of health services, service delivery at a strategic level and should have lead a multidisciplinary clinical workforce.The candidate will be responsible for developing the clinical frameworks, strategies, direction, clinical risk management and ensure clinical best practices throughout the the group hospitals and medical centers.Candidates who have not served as a CMO or CMD at a group level in a 200 + beds multispecialty hospital would not qualify for this vacancy.The ideal candidate would hold a Master`s in Healthcare Management.Salary : upto Aed 80k - 90K per month plus family benefits.
