Chief Medical OfficerJob Location : UAE Job Summary :Looking for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) with strong leadership skills to lead our multidisciplinary medical staff. The candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Leadership Roles in a hospital setup.Primary Duties and Responsibilities :?Lead the medical staff and ensure the hospital is providing high standards of care and patient safety?Ensure the implementation of all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, clinical excellence?Develop and implement Plans and Strategies for Business Growth & Development, Continuous Clinical Framework, Quality Improvement programs, Clinical Risk Management, Standardization of Care, Best Practices, etc.,?Practice in your respective clinical specialty duties along with Chief Medical Officer?Responsibilities and will be reporting to General Manager of the hospitalQualification, Licensure, Experience & Special SkillRequirement :?Clinical Post Graduate degree in Medicine & in relevant subspecialty field.?Post-graduate in Hospital Administration preferred.?Should be Licensed as a Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine or Emergency or Surgery in UAE.?Excellent command of oral and written English.?Knowledge in Arabic is desirable.?Good Organization Skills & Exceptional Interpersonal skills?Clinical Risk Management Experience?Minimum of 5 years experience; responsibility includes hospital operations, administrative & medical leadership level in UAE Region?All applicants will be considered, preference will be given in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program
