Job Description

Our ClientA leading healthcare group operating across SAMENA. Responsibilities:

• Execute Clinical & Informatics Strategy: Develop and execute a clinical and informatics strategy aligned with the overall goals and vision of the group. Ensure that the strategy supports the organizations clinical and business needs.
• Strategic Goal Achievement: Lead and drive the achievement of strategic goals through effective transformation programs. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives to enhance clinical informatics capabilities and drive improved patient care outcomes.
• Leadership of Steering Committees: Chair top-level steering committees composed of physicians and experts in making strategic decisions regarding technology and informatics solutions. Provide guidance and expert advice to ensure the alignment of technology projects with the organizations strategic objectives.
• Strategic Goal Setting: Set strategic goals for informatics and technology initiatives, in line with the groups vision. Develop and implement frameworks and processes to monitor progress and evaluate the success of these initiatives.
• Technology and Digital Strategies: Bring deep expertise in technology and advanced digital strategies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, and data analytics. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve clinical outcomes, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, including clinical departments, IT teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration by promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards related to clinical informatics and technology.
• Continuous Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in clinical informatics, healthcare technology, and digital transformation. Actively participate in professional networks, conferences, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.

Your Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent, with a specialization in clinical informatics or related field.
• Proven experience in executing clinical and informatics strategy in a complex healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving strategic goals through transformation programs.
• Experience leading top-level steering committees comprising physicians and experts.
• Demonstrated expertise in technology and advanced digital strategies, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Excellent understanding of healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
