The ideal candidate should be a CA with 18+years of experience working with any cement manufacturing plant (must) and heading its Finance & Accounts function. Candidates will be responsible to plan and ensure efficient and effective management of commercial and financial including costs, develop and implement systems and procedures of commercial function to enable management controls for achieving targeted financial results. There will be various functions reporting to him like Finance & Accounts, Commercial, IT and HR & Admin with a team of 60-70 people and this position will be reporting to the MD & CEO.
