Job descriptionCharterhouse are delighted to be working exclusively with an incredible technology organisation, to support them through their next growth/expansion phase of this diverse and exciting start-up.Our client is looking to hire an experienced Chief Corporate Development Officer, to identify and source strategic mergers and acquisitions to help the business growth plans across their offices in the UAE, India and Singapore.About the roleThis position will require someone who has worked in a similar role ideally within a start-up and has been responsible for identifying profitable businesses with unrealised value which could be acquired to help diversify the current portfolio of businesses.The role will accelerate un-organic growth for the parent company with a view to completing circa $75 million dollars? worth of mergers and acquisitions during 2023.About youTo be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Management, Finance, Economics or similar field with at least 6-10 years? experience in M&A. You should have the ability to work closely with the CEO, to achieve the overall vision of the company working towards building a diversified holding company.This role is ideally for someone who wants a challenge, has previous experience within a start-up and the opportunity to grow with an amazing business.
