Job Description

Rixos Premium Dubai is looking for passionate and experienced Chief Concierge to join our FO Team:Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all concierge operations with a focus on ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
  • Represents Concierge Department in resolving any guest or hotelrelated situation.
  • Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby.
  • Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules to Hotel Guests
  • Create and coordinate work schedules and assign posting positions, maximizing coverage and optimizing efficiency of a Team at all times.
  • Record guest requests for luggage and valet service and train employees on venue features and services.
  • Ensuring the driveway, lobby, entrance and baggage storage areas are clean and presentable
Main Requirements:
  • Previous experience of Concierge Management, Developing and Building Teams, Opera, Team Supervising
  • Experience in Branded 5* Hotels is a must
