Location : Palm Jumeirah, DubaiHiring a highly skilled and experienced to lead our finance operations. If you have a strong background in accounting within the hospitality or F&B industry and are ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax laws, and VAT regulationsMonitor internal controls and implement financial best practicesSupervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasksLiaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authoritiesManage cost control, revenue tracking, and financial analysis to support business decisionsProvide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial insightsRequirements:Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a senior accounting role (minimum 5 years)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plusStrong knowledge of hospitality finance and UAE financial regulationsProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems)Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlinesMust be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately
