Imtiaz Developments is looking for a detail-oriented Chief Accountant to manage the company’s accounting operations, ensure compliance, and prepare accurate financial statements.Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations and ledger management.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations.Coordinate with external auditors for audits and financial reviews.Manage accounts payable and receivable.Monitor internal controls and implement improvements.Support budgeting and financial planning processes.Supervise and mentor accounting staff.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of UAE GAAP and IFRS.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks).Attention to detail and high integrity.
