Bilfinger is actively seeking a motivated Emirati national to join our team as a Fresh Graduate Chemical Engineer. This is a great opportunity for recent UAE graduates to gain hands-on experience in engineering and project execution within the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors.Responsibilities:Assist in process engineering tasks, including simulations, calculations, and design reviewsSupport in developing technical documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, and process datasheetsParticipate in site visits, commissioning activities, and operational supportWork closely with senior engineers to ensure adherence to project standards and timelinesContribute to safety, efficiency, and optimization studiesLearn and apply international engineering standards (API, ISO, ASME, etc.)Prepare technical reports and assist in presentationsRequirements:Bachelor?s degree in Chemical Engineering (recent graduate ? UAE national)Strong academic background and passion for engineeringBasic understanding of process design and plant operationsFamiliarity with simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS) is an advantageGood communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
