Chartered AccountantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Develop and maintain systems for prompt and accurate collection of financial and accounting information?Conduct mark-down management by detailed analysis of margins and gross profit and advice on margin setting for fresh stock and discounted sales?Draw management analysis from the monthly data to identify variances from trends and budgets?Prepare financial projections including cash flow statements and budget preparation?Generate monthly MIS and interpret data to suggest ways of cost optimization and store performance improvement?Monitor the income and expenses versus budget, track the variances, recommend corrective actions, and follow-up on remedial actions to ensure adherence to the budget and support effective monitoring of performance within the budget?Evaluate the performance of stores across concepts and recommend corrective actions?Generate feasibility for new stores and stores due for renovations?Consolidate monthly MIS and present to CEO & CFO along with territories?Business partnering for HR, Retail, and other support functions?Stewardship for cost control mechanism across P&L heads?Monitor business performance and identify variances from trends and budgetRequirements:?Must be a Chartered Accountant with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role?Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels?Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, budgeting, and feasibility analysis?Ability to work independently and as part of a team?Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
