Job Description

In this role, your key responsibilities include:Perform the day to day processing of all internal and external customer transaction disputes received through internal departments/branches, card schemes (MasterCard Int’l/Visa Int’l) and CBUAE accurately within the time frame as per rules and regulations so as to ensure no operational loss to Bank on account of any delay in processing and to provide the best service to our internal and external customers.Reconcile respective chargeback General Ledger (GL) accounts, evaluate billing data received from card schemes in order to process settlement with card schemes and CBUAE on time.Maintain a proper filing system for all financial and customer related documents under secured storage to ensure the confidentiality and security of all data from any misuse.Input data and maintain accuracy of all records in databases, spread sheets/ or other tracking software systems to produce the Management Information Systems (MIS) and monthly reconciliation reports in order to support Management for multiple business analysis, various reports to card schemes and regulatory within pre-determined time frame and to evaluate performance.Identify unusual transactions requests and escalate to higher levels/compliance for resolution/information, monitor vendor deliverables in order to report to line manager for any failure, identify and report gaps and risks involved in the day to day processes to implement necessary controls.Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholdersThe ideal candidate should have the following experience:At least 3 years of work experience with 2 years in card operation or chargeback.Bachelor’s degree in related field.Basic MS Office applicationsBanking applicationsYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
