Charge NurseJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during shifts to ensure efficient patient care delivery.•Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, patients, and families during assigned shifts.•Monitor patient care to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.•Assist in staff scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.•Provide hands-on patient care when necessary, including advanced nursing procedures.•Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional growth.•Respond to and manage emergency situations effectively.Skills :•Proficiency in advanced nursing practices and equipment.•Strong understanding of clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality measures.•Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation.•Certifications in BLS and ACLS (additional specialty certifications are advantageous).•Active nursing license (RN) in UAE•5+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.•Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
