The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, management, and overall performance of the center. The role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: Oversee daily activities of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and standards.Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; foster a positive work environment and ensure team motivation.Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained; address customer concerns and feedback promptly.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on center performance, operational issues, and improvement plans.Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate on local marketing efforts to increase center visibility and customer engagement.Facility Management: Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the center facilities.Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement effective solutions.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Proven experience in center or branch management, operations, or similar roles.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management software.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
