Key Responsibilities:– Supervise catering staff during setup, service, and breakdown– Ensure events run smoothly and according to client expectations– Coordinate with chefs, waitstaff, and logistics teams on-site– Oversee buffet and live station presentation & flow– Manage event checklists, packing lists, and post-event reporting– Support training of junior staff and maintain service standards– Communicate directly with clients during events when needed?
