Source and procure grocery food products from suppliers, ensuring product availability, quality, and competitive pricing.Develop and implement sourcing strategies to improve procurement processes and meet customer demand.Continuously evaluate and review supplier performance and renegotiate terms where necessary to optimize costs and value.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience:At least 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, category management, or procurement, preferably within the FMCG or grocery food sector.Experience in negotiating with suppliers, managing budgets, and driving cost efficiencies.Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent understanding of the FMCG industry, particularly in grocery food categories.Analytical skills to assess market trends, sales data, and inventory levels.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
