here?s a snapshot of what yourresponsibilities would include:ÿ?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿFollow pre-defined processes, guidelines, andSOPs to perform tasks with high levels of accuracy and productivity?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReport audit results and communicate them toothers within the organization.?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAnalyze data and identify new trends/patterns.?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿIdentify generic patterns in cx escalations andto be translated them into guidelines and SOPs to improve the overall escalationprocess.?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProvide feedback to streamline existingprocesses to help the team achieve more consistent results with high quality.?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿShould be open to working on Saturday &Sunday, with any other 2 days of the week off.Your skills would include:ÿ?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿBachelors degree required or work experience?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿStrong Analytical & Excellent communicationskills (verbal and written) & should be able to articulate thoughtsclearly: both verbally & written form.?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿBe detail-oriented & well organized, capableof handling multiple projects at once, and deal with rapidly changingpriorities in a fast-paced environment.?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMust have experience in establishing, measuring& meeting service level agreements, improving the performance & qualityof the processes & managing complex operational concerns.?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿExperience in a highly analytical,results-oriented environment.?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿStrong process definition and optimizationskills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processesand drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defectelimination.?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿHighly proficient in Microsoft Office andWindows-based applications.PreferredQualifications?ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿKnowledge in Excel, SQL, and Macros would be aplus ú Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be anadvantage.
