CashierJob Location : United Arab EmiratesDuties And Responsibility:•Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.•Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers purchases.•Answer customer questions and inquiries. If cannot give exact information, may call immediate superior.•Processes return transactions but is required to request approval first from accounts. (Depending on the valid and acceptable reason for change or refund.•Balances cash drawer by counting cash from the beginning until the end of the work shift. Enter cash breakdown in the system for cash float and the petty cash on opening and at the end of the day. Variances for shortage and overage of more than 5 dirhams and staff having multiple variances/discrepancies in charge person will be accountable or penalized.•Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
