Key Responsibilities:Assess students’ interests, skills, and aspirations through interviews and testsProvide individual and group career counseling sessionsGuide students on subject selection, college applications, and scholarship opportunitiesOrganize career fairs, workshops, and guest lecturesCollaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student developmentMaintain up-to-date knowledge of educational programs, labor market trends, and career optionsAssist students with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategiesMonitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant stakeholdersMaintain confidential records of counseling sessions and student data? Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related fieldCertification in Career Counseling or Guidance is a plusExperience working with children or young adults in an educational settingKnowledge of career assessment tools and techniques✅ Key Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsEmpathy and active listeningAbility to motivate and inspire studentsKnowledge of education systems and career pathwaysOrganizational and event planning skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesConfidentiality and ethical judgmentMultilingual skills are an advantage (especially in diverse school environments)
