Founded in 2021 and owned by India based MNR Group with over 50 years of education-sector legacy, MAS offers a U.S.-based curriculum guided by Project AERO (aligned with Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards) and integrated with STEAM, coding, robotics, and cultural subjects like Arabic and Islamic Studies.We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Career Counsellor to guide students and professionals in making informed career decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of career development theories, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to administer and interpret career assessments.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to students or clients regarding career options, academic pathways, and job market trends.Conduct psychometric tests and interpret results to help clients understand their strengths, interests, and aptitudes.Assist in developing personalized career plans aligned with clients’ goals and capabilities.Organize workshops, seminars, and career fairs to educate students and job seekers about various professions and industries.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment trends, industry developments, and educational opportunities.Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and training providers to facilitate internships, apprenticeships, and job placements.Document counselling sessions and maintain accurate client records while respecting confidentiality.Support clients in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Certification in Career Counselling or Guidance is an advantage.Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills.Empathy and the ability to motivate and guide clients effectively.Familiarity with psychometric testing tools and career development theories.Ability to conduct workshops and present information clearly.Prior experience in counselling, education, or human resources is a plus.Requirement:UAE Experience minimum 2 years and B.E.D / Specialization is mandatory.
