The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group career counseling sessionsAdminister and interpret career assessment tools and interest inventoriesAssist clients in identifying their strengths, skills, and career preferencesProvide guidance on educational pathways, job search strategies, and professional developmentStay updated on current labor market trends and occupational informationDevelop and implement career planning workshops and seminarsMaintain accurate records of counseling sessions and client progressCollaborate with educational institutions, employers, and other stakeholdersSupport clients in resume writing, interview preparation, and skill developmentQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, Education, or related fieldMaster’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Career Development preferredCertification in Career Counseling (optional)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to assess clients’ needs and provide tailored guidanceKnowledge of career assessment tools and resourcesEmpathy, patience, and confidentiality
