Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of waiters and waitresses to deliver outstanding service.Greet and assist guests, guiding them through the menu and taking orders.Ensure that orders are accurate and delivered to guests in a timely manner.Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.Requirements:Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant, with at least 5-12 years in a leadership role.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
