Job Description

Overview / ResponsibilitiesWood is currently positioning for an Offshore Maintenance Services contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Services comprise the provision of maintenance services of various offshore Equipments. If awarded work, we will have several requirements for Key Positions to join our team in country by June 2022.We invite expression of interest for a Campaign Engineer to join our team to be accountable for Preventive maintenance, ad hoc Corrective maintenance and emergency maintenance servicesPlease note that at this stage, applications for this role are invited as an Expression of Interest (EOI) whilst opportunities are being fully determined.Job Responsiblities

  • Responsible for timely execution of Campaign Plan?s safely, efficiently and in good quality (Both Short Term and Long term).
  • Managing ongoing Campaign and prepare for the next one.
  • Provide guidance to Discipline Supervisors to complete the Campaign in time.
  • Ensure that Work Permits are closed by the Discipline Supervisor?s on a timely manner.
  • Ensure that SAP PM Work orders are closed by Discipline Supervisor?s in a timely manner.
  • Timely Identification of Support Services, Consumables and informing Client Job Officer.
  • Coordinate to meet Ad Hoc provisional requests from Client Job officer for Supply of Consumables, Support Services as and when requested by Client
  • Coordinate to inform Client the Static Equipment PM?s activities that have inspection activity to be performed by Client Inspection / Integrity Team. The same shall be done at least 60 Days before the Campaign.
  • Ensure preparation of JSA based on Campaign Scope.
  • Daily coordination meeting with Client Job Officer.
  • Ensure the Measurement Points for SAP PM Work orders (where applicable) are completed.
  • Ensure that Campaign backlogs are avoided.
Skills / Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
  • 15 year?s minimum experience in Oil and Gas facility Site supervision, Integrity monitoring, control and project execution, with 10 years? experience in related projects / works in the Offshore Oil / Gas industry in Multi-disciplinary Campaigns.
  • Capable of Campaign execution of Multi-disciplinary PM / CM activities.
  • Consolidating the reports required for campaigns and prepare reports.
  • Good communication and Project Management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of offshore safety procedures and related practices.
  • Thorough knowledge on various hazards associated with O&G equipment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Computer applications like MS Project and CMMS System such as SAP (Fiori).
  • Good knowledge of International Standards & Codes
  • Fluent in English language
  • Computer literate
