Camp BossJob Location : UAERequirements:•4–5 years of UAE experience as a Camp Boss (mandatory).•Proven ability to manage camps with 1000+ workers.•Strong leadership and organizational skills.•Good understanding of UAE labour laws, health, hygiene, and safety regulations.•Excellent problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day camp issues effectively.•Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).Key Responsibilities:•Oversee and manage daily operations of the labour camp.•Ensure the camp is clean, safe, and well-maintained.•Handle all camp-related issues, including maintenance, discipline, and worker welfare.•Coordinate with catering, housekeeping, and transportation teams.•Maintain records related to occupancy, maintenance, and supplies.•Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
