Job Summary:DBB Contracting LLC is looking for an experience Camp Boss for support our camp services in UAE.Job Responsibility:- Manage the construction camp effectively, including accommodation, mess halls, and recreational facilities- Coordinate with vendors for the timely provision of supplies and services- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the camp premises- Supervise camp staff and allocate tasks as needed- Implement and enforce camp rules and regulations- Handle any emergencies or issues that may arise within the camp- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and expenses related to the campCandidate Requirements:- UAE/MOFA attested bachelors degree/diploma in related fields- Proven experience as a Camp Boss within a construction company- Strong organizational and leadership skills- Knowledge of health and safety regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling issues- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends when required- Physical stamina to move around the camp and handle various tasks efficientlySkillsSkills:- Strong leadership and management abilities- Excellent communication skills- In-depth knowledge of camp operations and maintenance- Ability to enforce safety regulations and procedures- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong organizational skills- Ability to manage a diverse team- Ability to handle emergencies effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
