Our team is expanding, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join us as Call Center Representatives.As a Call Center Representative at Luxr Brokerage, you will play a crucial role in our client communication and support. We are specifically looking for candidates based in the United Arab Emirates who can dedicate approximately 10 hours per week to this role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to existing and potential clients.
  • Providing information on financial products and services.
  • Addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve performance targets.
Requirements:
  • Must be based in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Availability for approximately 10 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
