Call Center Executive - Outbound SalesJob Location : UAERequirements :•A minimum of 1-4 years of experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role, preferably in an IT Pre-Sales/E-Commerce/Technical Sales (Calling) environment.•Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.•Good knowledge of a wide range of hardware and software technologies, preferably Windows 7 & 10 operating systems.•Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.•Excellent knowledge of English; Hindi & Arabic is an advantage.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.•Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.•College/University Degree.•Technical certifications are an added advantage.•Should be sales target-oriented and able to deliver the numbers as per the business targets/requirements.•Must be multitasking and able to handle pressure.
