Job Description

Location – DubaiJob type: Full-timeRequirements:– High school diploma or equivalent.– Proficiency in verbal and written communication in arabic, english & hindi.– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.– Previous experience in customer service or call center role preferred but not required.– Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.– Ability to handle escalated calls from angry or dissatisfied customers with empathy and patience, working towards finding suitable resolutions.– Proficiency in time management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.Responsibilities:– Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.– Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and goals.– Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.– Create tickets and follow up until case is closed.– Follow up with customers payments status.– Updating Customers’ information.
