This will cover aspects related to Single line Diagrams, Lighting, Small Power, Fire Alarm, Lightning Protection, PA/BGMRequirementsTechnical CompetenciesEssential

  • To have a minimum of 10 years hands on experience of AutoCAD software within a consultancy environment.
  • To have a minimum of 5 years Middle East experience.
  • To have a basic understanding of the electrical design.
  • Working knowledge of drawing control, revisions & issue protocols.
  • To be able to self check work.
  • Have an appreciation of other discipline requirements with a multi disciplinary office.
  • To be able to communicate effective both verbally & in writing, in English.
  • Be prepared to learn new skills & techniques from a variety of sources.
Desirable
  • Exposure to UAE standards.

  • Able to use own initiative and work without excessive supervision.
  • Able to prioritise, plan workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Completion of tasks received from Engineers.
  • The production of general arrangement drawings, details, sections and schematic drawings.
  • Preparation of sketches & figures.
  • Adherence to Atkins CAD Manual.
  • Adherence to Atkins Quality Manual and Procedures
  • Coordination with other design disciplines
